Each piece is custom styled and fitted to accommodate even the most discerning of clients, whether their needs are fashion-oriented or therapeutic in nature. Her specialty is the ability to cut and customize to the individual. The degree to which Hana achieves the look of perfection is found nowhere else.
 

Hana's specialty with wigs and hair augmentation and integration grew out of her work with the oncology departments of numerous Denver area hospitals, including: Children's Hospital, St. Joseph's Hospital, Boulder Community Hospital, and Rose Medical Center, as well

as extensive work with those affected with mild to chronic cases of Alopecia, burn victims, and clients who simply have thinning hair. As a professional hairstylist and cosmetologist, Hana understands the important role a positive self-image plays in emotional well-being. But as a cancer survivor herself, she knows just how fundamental it can be to a successful recovery. Beginning in 1981, she offered a mobile service to patients of all ages, providing top-quality wigs and cranial prosthetics that were cut, dyed, and styled to meet each individual need. With the opening of her salon in 1983, Hana incorporated her hair replacement service into the comprehensive beauty concept that is Hana Designs.
